Personal data

Version of 13 September 2026

Who processes it

The AlNuzum team. For anything about this data, write to hello@alnuzum.com.

What we collect

Only what you typed into the form yourself: a way to reach you (phone, Telegram or email), your name if you gave it, and a description of the task if you left one. The last two fields are optional.

Separately from the form, the server briefly keeps the address a request came from. It is there so the form cannot be flooded automatically: the address lives in the process memory for about a minute and is never written to a file.

What for

To reply to you and talk the task through. There is no other purpose: we send no mailings, and we neither sell your data nor pass it to advertising.

Where it goes

A submitted form arrives as a message in Telegram, in a private chat with someone from the team, so it passes through Telegram Messenger. If you wrote to us by email, the letter sits in a mailbox at Namecheap Private Email. The site itself runs on a DigitalOcean server in Frankfurt. Fonts and images sit on it too: the page loads nothing from anywhere else, so opening the site tells your address to no one but us.

The site has no database. A request is not stored on the server at all: it is passed to Telegram and lives on only in the conversation.

How long we keep it

As long as the conversation is going and could continue. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it and confirm by email.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. An email to hello@alnuzum.com from the address or contact you gave us is enough. We answer the same working day.

No counters, no cookies

The site sets no cookies, loads no analytics and does not track how you read it. Your choice of language and audience is visible right in the page address, and is recorded nowhere else.

Consent

By submitting the form you agree to what is described on this page. If anything here changes, the version date at the top changes with it.
